I bring bring over a decade of experience directing and producing fashion runways, this session takes you behind the scenes to explore what it really takes to bring a show to life.
From production schedules and backstage operations to the people and responsibilities that keep everything moving, you'll discover the work the audience never sees, including how to navigate the unexpected when things don't go according to plan.
Because a successful runway isn't just about what happens on stage. It's about everything that happens before it.

This is about production, not creative direction. Direction is the vision. Production is making it happen. Almost nobody teaches the second one.
