This month you're going to track when you feel most energised, most creative, and most drained — then map your content creation around that pattern.

Your task:

  1. For the first week, note your energy levels at 3 points each day: morning, midday, evening.
  2. Identify your 2 peak creative windows.
  3. Batch your content creation into those windows only.
  4. Share your pattern in the community by April 30.
